[4], 212 in buono stato, crocchianti, ad ampi margini; con fioriture sparse, un Ex Libris sbiadito al margine del frontespizio, trascurabili macchie ai tagli. Prima importante edizione dell'opera del giurista perugino su eredit� e successioni. �Egli stamp� sollecitamente questa opera per onore del suo esame che nel prendere la laurea dovette sostenere in somiglianti argomenti, e per i quali ebbe delle inquietezze procurate dalla invidia altrui� [Vermiglioli II, 147].
