Bei der nothig gewordenen zweiten Auflage des vorliegen den Handbuches habe ich in Bezug auf den ursprünglichen Bearbeitungsplan die Auffassung und Darstellung vom klinischen Standpunkte aus eine Aenderung um so we niger für nöthig gehalten, als ich mich im Verlauf der Jahre und im engeren Verkehr mit den angehenden jungen Acrz ten immer mehr davon überzeugt habe, dass ein mangel haftes praktisches Wissen und Können hauptsächlich auf dem Mangel der richtigen Methode des Studiums und der praktischen Auffassung beruht. Wie fasse ich auf? Wie verarbeite ich die Thatsachen? Wie gelange ich zu einem Wissen was ich in praktische Thaton umsetzen kann und wie zu dem daraus resultirenden geschickten Können? Wie erspare ich mir bei der Fülle des Materials jeden unnö thigen Umweg? Diese eminent praktischen Fragen sollte jeder Studirende als stetige Marginalien vor sich haben und ihre Beantwortung jedes Handbuch, jeder klinische Unterricht in erster Reihe sich zur Aufgabe stellen.

As a small publisher we do not have the facilities to resell returned books, so any returned book will be recycled.
