Compendium : Essential Thoughts and Observations for the Journey of Life

Whether by forced extraction or slippery descent, we are brought to life naked, devoid of any material belongings. When mortem strikes, we are returned to the earth just as nude, equally destitute- “For dust you are and to dust you shall return”. 

The period of time in between is that which I aspire to address and, hopefully, assist you with; the degree of facilitation that is endorsed and executed is entirely at your behest. .

I am no oracle, I do not purport to be a sage nor wise beyond my fellow man. I am however a sponge. I read, watch and listen; always have, always will. I have been lucky enough to travel the world, visit many museums, learn about different cultures, examine their history and savor their foods.

All that I have experienced to this very day- The people I meet, the lands I travel, and the music I hear, the food I savor, the scents I smell, the terrain l traverse and all that I see; all of it has been captured, harvested and studied. Just like our digestive system, that which is beneficial, I keep; that which is not, I dispose of. 

If you extract only the very best ideas, suggestions or information from every experience and rid yourself of the useless noise, jargon, traits, habits and even people that only know how to demand, take or otherwise be a burden or liability and you will be on the road to realizing your maximum potential; in every facet of your life. Simply put, to help you enjoy a better quality of life in whichever way possible. 

The point of this book and what I aspire it will instill is not changing your life; only you can do that. Yet, as illustrated above, what I hope it will achieve is to enhance and improve your life in at least one aspect, maybe a few suggestions, ideas or habits you’ll adopt, or your way way of thinking in at least a single aspect of your life. That would far exceed my grandest ambition.

It is now time to cleanse my palate, empty the vault and let every person who wishes to take as little or as much as he or she wants, needs or desires; a function of their own consciousness, the wavelength they're now on, their current health barometer and present state of mind.
