Add to basketThe idea behind this somewhat satirical work is to challenge the established narrative of everyday words, terms, historical events, and characters in an incisive and direct manner - no beating about the political bush of correctness. I've no doubt that many will be offended and have their feelings hurt. Grow a set or simply don't buy the book - you've been overrepresented for far too long.
Each section begins with an official version of the specified topic, taken from mainstream sources such as Wikipedia, Encyclopedia Brittanica, Merriam-Webster, encyclopedia.com, Google, and others. When the source is not as well recognised as these it is specifically referenced. All of the generally accepted definitions quoted are shaded in pale grey to indicate as
much.
I like to think that these challenges to the legacy media guff to which we have been subjected will be food for thought, and material for lively debate. This book could be brought out by a dinner party host looking for an excuse to get rid of unwelcome guests such as E.V. drivers or liberal feminists (though why they would be invited to begin with, heaven knows). Or perhaps this compendium could find a place adjacent to the loo for some random browsing - or even in the loo for those easily offended readers. Buckle up and brace yourself for a provocative truth juggernaut...
