Duodecimo.black leather over boards, blindstamped detailing on front and back cover, blindstamped bands on spine with gilt lettering, publishing ads on paste-downs and first and last free end pages, eleven fold out maps throughout text. Remarks on the physucak peculiarities, productions, commerce, and government of the various countries; questions for examination at the end of each division; and descriptive tables, in which are given the pronunciation, and a concise account of every place of importance throughtout the world. To which are not added the geography of Palestine, and outlines of mathematical geography, astronomy, and physical geopraphy. Illustrated maps by W. and A. K. Johnston. Good, front cover just barely holding, wear to front and back spine edges, head and foot of spine bumped, library stamp on front pastedown and free end page, text block cracked after title page, timetoned pages.
