This volume provides the most comprehensive contemporary academic writing on Ukrainian competition and intellectual property law in English. About the Author

Heiko Richter, Senior Research Fellow, Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Munich. PhD (Humboldt University of Berlin); Master of Laws (LL.M.), Columbia University, New York; Diploma in Business Administration (Dipl.-Kfm.), University of Mannheim.

Research interest focus on competition law; copyright law; information law; data and regulation; digitalization and society; legal economics. Previous research the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU (GRUR Int 68, 1 (2019), 28 – 32 and

workshops in Ukraine.
