Nuno Pires de Carvalho is a former Director of the Intellectual Property and Competition Policy Division of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), in Geneva, Switzerland.

Antony Taubman is Director of the Intellectual Property, Government Procurement and Competition Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, Switzerland.
