About the Author

She also works as a spokesperson and consultant for various food and pharmaceutical companies, and has been a spokesperson for National Nutrition Month in Quebec. She appears regularly on radio and television, and lives in Montreal, Quebec.

Dr. Michael Starr, MD, FRCPC, is a practising rheumatologist, an assistant professor of medicine at McGill University and a member of the Division of Rheumatology at the McGill University Hospital Center (MUHC)
