About the Author

Mark Warda received his law degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign. He practiced law in Clearwater, Florida, then gave up a busy practice to publish self-help law books. He has written or coauthored over sixty self-help law books including How to Make Your Own Will.

James C. Ray received his law degree from the Duke Law School. Formerly a partner in the Raleigh office of LeBeouf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, Mr. Ray is now a visiting lecturer in business law at North Carolina State University and a member of the faculty of the legal assistants' program at Meredith College in Raleigh.
