Also illustrated with 13 plan plates of building, implements, etc. Polished calf covered boards. Raised bands and gilt title on the spine. Faded marbled paper edges. Leather on the spine is dry and cracked. Label removed lower spine. Outer joints rubbed. Inner hinges have an old repair. Faint evidence of plate removal front paste down. Stain bottom text edge that bleeds into the extreme lower edges of the paper. Old book catalog description clipped and pasted on the bottom of the rear paste down. Text lightly toned. Light scattered foxing to the plates. Volume 2 only. Fair only.
