Benjamin H. Berkley received his law degree from Western State University Law School. He is licensed in the State of California and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court. He has practiced law for more than 30 years and is a network attorney for many employer-sponsored legal plans as well as the AARP Legal Network, which he has addressed at their annual conference in Anaheim, California. Through representation of his clients, he has become an advocate of the rights of seniors as well as the disabled. He has appeared on dozens of talk shows and been a guest on Retirement Living, anchored by former Today show host John Palmer.
