Smyth-sewn in green cardstock wrappers. Text by Werner Haftmann and Kitaj, with photographs by Kitaj. Housed in an envelope for mailing with a return address for Kitaj and addressed to friend and collaborator Robert Creeley and his then-wife, Bobbie Louise Hawkins, in Buffalo. Fine in a very good envelope, excepting the slit edges for opening, with postage present.
