About the Author
Jayakar Nayak (MD/PhD Immunology, University of Pittsburgh, 2003), is a General Surgery Resident moving into Otolaryngology in PA. He served on MD/PhD admissions and interview committees and received research fellowships from the Sarnoff Endowment, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and the American Heart Association.
Brandon Minnery (PhD Neurobiology, University of Pittsburgh, 2003) received the prestigious Locher Award from the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists (1999), and was a top ten finalist for the Charles M. Schulz Award.
