Poor. Only one of the hand-colored plates remains present, and it is loose and has a tear that has been tape-repaired on the reverse. Brown cloth binding with the spine re-backed and the original spine laid on. Previous owner bookplate on front endpage. Though present, the title page and the following page (pp. iii and iv) are loose. Text is complete and in good shape. 398 pages followed by the Index.
