This book contains 125 pages of indexed paintings of Raphael, one of the greatest painters of the 16th century. There are 64 full color plates followed by 41 pages of small black and white sketches and photographs and their descriptions. The book is used but the pages are clean, free of all writing, tears or signatures. The binding is tight. The white and black cloth cover shows the head of his painting of Portrait of a Young Woman. The back cover is white and slightly soiled as is the top half of the front that is white. The corners are slightly scuffed. The edges and spine look fine.
