Anne Sexton (1928-1974), the author of ten collections of poems, received the Pulitzer Prize in 1967.
MAXINE KUMIN (1925-2014) won a Pulitzer Prize and Robert Frost Medal among other honors for her poetry. Her books include The Pawnbroker's Daughter: A Memoir and The Long Marriage: Poems.
