Eight volumes 12mo. Brown cloth blocked with a design in blue, green and gilt on the upper boards. Tristan is two volumes the remaining titles are one volume each. The first four titles are later printings; the last three are first printings. Unusual to find the complete set. Housed in a vintage, possibly publishers' cloth protective cased with the title in gilt on the lid. It is possible that it is a publisher's case, made up when the series was completed and filled with the available printings in stock at the time. It could also have been made by an early collector. .
