Lightly read did find a page way in the back that had two words underlined in pencil and one word starred. Limited edition of 1,000 numbered copies, this being number 567. Some of the pages of the appendix in the rear of the book are uncut. Leather wrapped spine and corner tips are heavily rubbed. Binding is tight. No DJ issued. Marbled boards and endpapers. Gilt top page edges.
