1831 edition hardback in good condition. Previous owner's name and date (1887) to inside cover. Foxing to end papers and occasional main text block. Includes the notorious 'Vampire' letter facsimile, pasted in before page 1, and in very good order. No frontispiece. Some wear to front board but no loose pages, binding is tight. In its original state, bound in full calf with four spine bands, leather and gilt title plate, knocked corners, light rubbing to all faces, but no major flaw. Items are dispatched the same or the following working day.
