Complex PTSD and ME: Out of the frying pan into the fire (The P T Saunders Story)

Complex PTSD and Me is a compilation of Cupboard Boy and Me and my Black Dog. Both books contain shocking and emotive true testimony about childhood abuse and the effects of PTSD and their far-reaching and long-term negative hold they can maintain over an individual's wellbeing long after the initial trauma has ceased, especially when combined. Nevertheless, these are books that educate us and are an act of great courage, offering hope and inspiration to anyone suffering in similar ways. Now the two books are brought together in one volume - Complex PTSD and Me: Out of the frying pan and into the fire - in a new book that will allow the reader to travel the author's full journey from brutalized child to warrior to a suicidal loner, bent on self-destruction, to the life-saving diagnosis of Complex PTSD and the road back to life.
