About the Author

R. Norman Harden, MD, is Director of the Center for Pain Studies at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Ralf Baron, Dr med, is Professor of Neurology and Vice-Chairman of the Neurological Clinic at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel, Germany, where he received his medical degree in 1986. Wilfrid Jänig, Dr med, conducts research at the Physiological Institute of the Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel, Germany.
