He is also Professor of Management and Director of the Complexity and Management Centre at the Business School of the University of Hertfordshire. He is co-editor of the Routledge series Complexity Emergence in Organizations and author of Complex Responsive Processes in Organizations: Learning and Knowledge Creation.
