Component-Based Network System Engineer (Artech House Telecommunications Library)

In theory putting together and updating computer information networks should not be much more difficult than using an erector set. In fact the options are becoming so numerous now that merely staying aware of them could be a full time job. Three British engineers explore available interfaces, integration, components, and architectures and explain how they relate to each other. They also provide criteria and hints to help determine which combinations and approaches will yield the best results for a particular organization's needs. Annotation c.
