The pages are mostly white with little wear and no marks except a name on the first page and some small notes at the bottom of one page. 19 chapters are offered in four parts: the basics of english grammar and letter writing; description, narration, themes and theme development; the paragraph, the sentence and words; and prose, poetic form, figures of speech and a critical study of the novel and the drama as literary forms. 470 pages with a detailed index in the back.
