30 day return guarantee, with full refund including original shipping costs for up to 30 days after delivery if an item arrives misdescribed or damaged. With this in mind I will send photos of the item to all overseas purchasers and won't dispatch until I have confirmation that you have seen it and okayed it, please ask for photographs of the item if you are not sure in UK. Return costs are expensive especially overseas and small bookshops struggle to make money as it is.

Postage costs vary according to weight and size of the items. I use royal mail and only charge the actual costs. I don't have any control over when international orders will arrive especially if sent economy. They quote 2-12 weeks time for economy post which is the cheapest postage costs which are almost never enough to cover the actual costs. If it's a thin light books it may be cheaper and more affordable to send on the faster services. Be aware that large heavy books and sets may incur extra postage charges especially if postage is international. If you think it's a heavy books please confirm postage price before purchase if cost is an issure.
