About the Author
Goran Gunner is researcher at the Church of Sweden Research Unit, associate professor at Uppsala University in studies of mission, and senior lecturer in human rights at Stockholm School of Theology.
Robert O. Smith (Chickasaw) is vice president and dean of Academic Affairs at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. He is the author, among other books, of More Desired than Our Owne Salvation: The Roots of Christian Zionism (Oxford University Press, 2013).
