Albert J. Heuer, PhD, RRT, RPFT is an Associate Professor at Rutgers University, School of Health Related Professions. He received his Doctorate in Health Sciences from Seton Hall University and is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ RT Program and a recipient of the NJ Society for Respiratory Care Student Excellence Award.
