On Compromise

"On Compromise" by John Morley is a thought-provoking exploration of the nature of compromise in human affairs. He examines how compromise can serve as a bridge between conflicting interests and ideologies, fostering dialogue and understanding. Through a series of insightful reflections, Morley highlights the importance of finding common ground in a world often divided by rigid beliefs and dogmas, advocating for a more conciliatory approach to conflict resolution. *** In this work, Morley also critiques the dangers of extreme positions and the refusal to engage in compromise.
