The conference was attended by representatives from the US, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, the UK, Hungary, the Dutch East Indies, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Norway, Holland, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Yugoslavia. As well as discussing the international situation, the conference discussed family farms and the harmonisation of budgetary years. They also discussed the peaceful settlement of international disputes.
