Computational Frameworks of the Malaria Parasite Development in Liver cells and Insect Gut

Historically we have experienced extremely high death tolls from infectious diseases across the globe. Malaria caused one of the deadliest natural disasters in human history. A structured and solvable approach incorporating a variety of biological and medical research data is knowledge critical to harnessing against infections. Mathematical models have played a crucial role in evaluating the fundamental mechanisms that can be used infections lead to serious. Mathematical modeling benefits not only the generation and validation of data hypotheses but also simulation of these models led to testing of experimental precautions. With rapid strides in science and technology, the frontiers of knowledge have been widening fast. The advancements in a branch of knowledge have tremendous impact on other branches and thus several branches of knowledge have become inter-dependent. The contribution of mathematics to other areas such as physical sciences, biological sciences, behavioral sciences, etc. has registered phenomenal growth. Nowadays, the necessity of analysis of several biological phenomena through appropriate mathematical methods is keenly felt.
