Computer Accounting with Peachtree Complete 2006, Release 13. 0, 10 Edition

Computer Accounting with Peachtree Complete 2006, Release 13.0, is Yacht's 10th Edition - no other author or publisher can claim 10 Peachtree editions. Carol Yacht's Peachtree textbook is the market leader because her pedagogy is unmatched-she incorporates real-world businesses; step-by step-directions; numerous screen illustrations; challenging exercises and projects; and a website with additional resources. The 10th edition first builds students' familiarity with all of the features of Peachtree Complete Accounting 2006, then employs step-by-step instructions to show how accounting concepts apply to real-world situations.

Carol Yacht is a textbook author and accounting educator. After 30 years of teaching at institutions including California State University, Los Angeles; West Los Angeles College; Yavapai College; and Beverly Hills High School, Carol's second career is textbook author. Carol writes Peachtree, QuickBooks, Great Plains, Microsoft Office Accounting, and Excel textbooks; and the accounting textbook supplement, Carol Yacht's General Ledger and Peachtree CD-ROMs. Adopter surveys and emails from professors have made Carol Yacht's textbooks the number one choice for computer accounting courses. She handles all phases of textbook production, except printing, herself. After months of "Carol controlled" proofing and problem-checking, she turns over camera-ready manuscript for publication. Carol regularly conducts accounting software workshops at conventions and colleges and universities. With the help of McGraw-Hill/Irwin, Carol's textbooks teach computerized accounting throughout the world. The Yacht library is a winner; check it out at www.mhhe.com/yacht.
