About the Author

Rolf Drechsler ist Informatiker und Professor f�r Rechnerarchitektur an der Universit�t Bremen sowie Leiter des Forschungsbereichs Cyber-Physical Systems am Deutschen Forschungszentrum f�r K�nstliche Intelligenz (DFKI). Er arbeitet seit �ber 20 Jahren in Forschung und Lehre im Bereich des Entwurfs von Schaltungen und Systemen. Er hat �ber 300 wissenschaftliche Arbeiten publiziert und ist Autor und Herausgeber von �ber 20 B�chern.

Andrea Fink studierte Kommunikationswissenschaft und arbeitet als Pressereferentin am DFKI. Sie verf�gt �ber mehrj�hrige Erfahrung in der Wissenschaftskommunikation und stellt als f�r den Themenbereich fachfremde Autorin die Verst�ndlichkeit und Anschaulichkeit des Buches sicher.

Jannis Stoppe studierte Digitale Medien sowie Informatik. Er arbeitet aktuell als Wissenschaftler am DFKI an der Entwicklung neuer Methoden zur Analyse von abstrakten Systementwurfstechniken, hat dazu international auf Konferenzen und in Fachzeitschriften ver�ffentlicht und bereitet seine Promotion auf diesem Fachgebiet vor. Desweiteren ist er als Lektor an der Universit�t Bremen verantwortlich f�r Vorlesungen und Lehrveranstaltungen im Bereich der technischen Informatik.
