Concentric Coaching System

The Concentric Coaching System™ book is the first part of a complete system designed to guide both the new and experienced coach through the coaching process. Coaching has long been viewed as an art. This book, and the entire Concentric Coaching System™, has been constructed to bring a more concrete process to that art. This book includes a detailed map depicting the flow through each segment of the system, input and output statements for each segment, and a complete conversation illustrating the use of the methodology. The artistry of coaching is in moving the client cleanly and consistently through the coaching experience and, finally, achieving the desired client outcome. This book will help virtually any coach know exactly what to do, when to do it, how to do it….and why!!
