The Concept of Particpation: A tool for Community Development & Success

Thanks to my wife and best friend Everline Maganya who did a lot of work in typing this work, as well as her continuous encouragements and support even when I was at times so down, so low and disappointed out of life. Much thanks to my daughter Chelsea who has always wanted so much to type this work and the inspiration she has always given me, to my lovely twin daughters Cheryl & Beryl. And ever jovial Blesso. They have always given me the moral obligation to continue even when things have gone wrong by playing around with me. Special thanks to my family especially my beloved mother whose inspiration and encouragement as well as support can not go unnoticed; and to Ben for his work on the manuscript. I'd like to send my appreciation to my close friends and in laws Mr. Julius Moturi and wife Vane Mameka for with whom I have come this way in terms of encouragement, support and company when I most needed it.
