Dans le cadre de ce travail, nous avons essay� d'explorer cette technologie sans fil utilisant le couplage par r�sonance magn�tique pour les soins de sant�, tels que les dispositifs implantables. L'objectif principal �tait de lancer un projet visant � concevoir un r�cepteur capable de recharger sans fil des dispositifs implantables tels que des stimulateurs cardiaques. Imaginez un patient qui n'aurait plus besoin de subir une op�ration cardiaque juste pour remplacer les piles de son pacemaker: ce serait une v�ritable aubaine pour l'humanit�. Ce travail a �t� r�alis� � l'aide de l'outil de conception logicielle HFSS et le mat�riel a �galement �t� con�u en cons�quence. Des simulations et des mesures en temps r�el ont �t� effectu�es sur du muscle de porc et compar�es. Les simulations et les mesures pratiques ont montr� une grande proximit�.
