All books are in good to very good condition, unless otherwise stated (minimal imperfections or very light signs of use, a name of the previous owner or a stamp of ownership are not always mentioned). Books are always carefully and properly packed and sent by registered mail. Your order will always be shipped with tracking: you will always receive an AUTOMATIC EMAIL WITH TRACK-AND-TRACE as soon as the courier has registered your parcel. If you have not received an email within 1 or 2 days after our confirmation, please check your SPAMBOX or feel free to contact us at info@somethingz.be. The books are always carefully and properly packed (sturdy cardboard envelope or box) to prevent damage during shipment. Books are delivered against prepayment as standard. Prepayment is not required for libraries, institutions and fellow booksellers. The shipping costs as stated on Abebooks are based on parcels that weigh less than 2 kilos (book and packaging material) or less than 1 kilo for shipments to some distant countries like New-Zealand, Australia, Japan, .... If the parcel exceeds this weight, an increase in the shipping cost can be proposed. The buyer always has the chance to refuse the extra shipping costs. To be clear: the shipping costs are only charged at the actual cost price (as charged by the courier service). Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment.
