Stephen M. Sonnenberg, M.D., is Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine, in Bethesda, Maryland, and Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas.
