A Concise View Of The Scriptures: Showing Their Consistency, And Their Necessity, From An Examination Of The Extent Of Natural Knowledge (1824)

A Concise View of the Scriptures is a book written by Baldwin Cradock and Joy in 1824. The book aims to demonstrate the consistency and necessity of the Scriptures by examining the extent of natural knowledge. In other words, the authors seek to prove that the Bible is not only consistent with scientific knowledge but also necessary for a complete understanding of the world. The book provides a concise and accessible overview of the Scriptures, covering topics such as creation, the fall of man, redemption, and the afterlife. The authors argue that the Bible provides a unique and essential perspective on these topics, one that cannot be obtained through natural knowledge alone.
