Original cloth, well worn, front hinge gone. Some contents loose, scattered staining. [5], 96, [45] pp., folding map. A very interesting directory, with ownership signature of Dr. Charles P. Gage. It was clearly used as a political "little black book", undoubtedly by Dr. Gage, with manuscript markings identifying residents by party. Deaths are also noted. Spear p.111.
