Light toning to text, offsetting to margins of endleaves. A very well-preserved copy. $250. * Penultimate edition. First published in 1875 as Practical Suggestions for the Management of Law-Suits and Conduct of Litigation Both In and Out of Court, this guide to trial practice went through four editions, the last in one 1912.
