If a piece of writing doesn’t stimulate your mind or trigger some feelings in your heart, I wonder if it's worth your time or even a read. This book promises to do both!
• Are you a woman who needs to grab some coffee for her soul?
• Are you a tech-slaved guy who is searching for real happiness in this virtual world?
• Do you crave your own company?
• Is your life mantra same as mine—live your life in a way your epitaph reads ‘No regrets?’
If any of the above is a yes, congratulations, you have the right book in your hand! Now, take a break from your mundane routine, grab your favorite cuppa of coffee, and let’s brood together about life, beauty, happiness, and more. Come, join me in my journey to the inner recesses of my heart and mind to find out if you have the same feelings as mine.

About the Author
Nazam is a self-confessed people’s person and a self-professed agony aunt to many around. A workaholic to the core and in love with her life, she enjoys interacting with new people, exploring new places, and learning new things. She has travelled extensively around the world and observed people closely. Her observations about life and people are the essence of this book on quotes.
She is a postgraduate in Computer Science and Management. She conducts Communication Skills and Personality Development classes at several institutes.
She loves to motivate and inspire kids and youth alike in her classes and gives them counseling sessions. This is her first book and her maiden attempt to share some of her dyed-in-the-wool thoughts on life, the much hyped and sought after entity, Happiness, and the most underrated and under-practiced commodity, Gratitude to the World. She has always believed in the Power of Gratitude and Positive Thinking.
She has ten years’ experience in teaching at the postgraduate level and is presently working as an Assistant Professor in an Institute in Punjab. Her husband and son Anahadh are the soul and heart of her life.
