Dylan Chalk is the owner of Orca Inspection Services LLC and has performed over 5,000 home inspections in western Washington. His home inspection service is rated as one of the best in western Washington by his clients on the Redfin Open Book website. Dylan is also the co-owner and CEO of ScribeWare LLC, a software company specializing in report writing software solutions for home inspections. He is a graduate of the Colorado College and earned a certificate in Narrative Non-Fiction from the University of Washington extensions program. Dylan completed his home inspection training with Inspection Training Associates in 2003. He is also a guest blogger on the Redfin Tips and Advice blog.
