About the Author
Rubi Ho is vice president of Sherpa Executive Coach- ing in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has personally directed over one hundred executive coaches, who work in- tegrally with Fortune 500, non-profits, and private companies. Born in Vietnam, he and his family es- caped from Saigon in 1975, the day before it fell. He lives with his wife and their family in Cincinnati, Ohio.
