Questo lavoro presenta un confronto delle prestazioni dei programmi TC2DFTPL e TCFOUR per verificare se vi siano differenze significative tra loro nel calcolo della correzione del terreno per lo stato di Rio Grande do Sul. I risultati ottenuti dai due programmi sono simili. Tuttavia, il programma TCFOUR ha mostrato un effetto bordo, a differenza del programma TC2DFTPL. Si � riscontrata una differenza tra i risultati statistici dei valori massimi e minimi ottenuti per la correzione del terreno calcolata da entrambi i programmi utilizzando i MDT SRTM e ASTER alle risoluzioni di 5 km, 2 km e 1 km. Si � concluso che questa differenza � dovuta alla necessit� di dividere l'area di studio per le risoluzioni pi� alte e anche alle differenze altimetriche tra gli MDT, che sono pi� evidenti nelle regioni a pi� alta quota, come la Serra Geral nello Stato di Rio Grande do Sul.
