Hubert has journeyed from "Boxcar to Business Star.” A college dropout, trapped in a dangerous, low-paying railroad job, Hubert sought more from life. With no career opportunities, or funds to start a business, his breakthrough came when he landed an opportunity at A.L. Williams & Associates (ALW), founded by Arthur L. “Art” Williams Jr.

While at ALW created the Leadership Format System (LFS) and combined it with Art’s “Buy Term and Invest the Difference” (BT/ID) concept, making ALW the top life insurance producer in North America with 1.5 million recruits and over ten million term life policies sold. A.L. Williams & Associates (ALW) is now known as Primerica Financial Services (PFS), an eight-billion-dollar+ company.

Following an even greater vision, Hubert founded World Marketing Alliance (WMA). Using Variable Universal Life (VUL), the second iteration of the “BT/ID” concept, and his LFS, WMA recruited half a million associates in ten years, becoming the leading global marketer of VUL and Variable Annuities. By selling WMA to AEGON USA in 2001, WMA became World Financial Group (WFG)/Transamerica, a multi-billion-dollar company.

Hubert’s current and greatest venture, Hegemon Group International (HGI), focuses on Indexed Universal Life (IUL), the third iteration of “BT/ID” and Indexed Annuities (IA) and a full line of financial services. HGI is his third multi-billion-dollar company, merging with Integrity Marketing Group (IMG) in 2022.

Hubert married Norma, his life-partner since the third grade. They have four children, fourteen grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
