The Conscious Collaboration Pathway: An Eight-Step Process to Stretch Donor and Social Impact Dollars While Increasing Impact for the Equity Cause You

The health of a community depends on every person in the community have access to quality education, housing, healthcare, and food in addition to livable wages, environment, and reliable transportation. This is not possible if nonprofits, government agencies and for-profit businesses work separately. They must all work together to form a community health ecosystem with the goal of co-creating optimal health for all, or health equity. Attempts have been made with some success, with successes many times being limited to number of people served or services provided when what we want as success is lives changed for the better. A way to work together and make that happen is here.

The Conscious Collaboration Pathway(TM) is a step-by-step process based on initiatives that worked complimented by lessons learned from what hasn't work to help cross-sector collaboration yield successful and sustainable community health outcomes.

Dr. Brown concisely and brilliantly outlines a process to help organizations collaborate to reach community-wide health equity goals. I highly recommend learning this process.
