The Conscious Interlude

First published in 1957, this is a ninth impression of 1982. Some edge wear to top and bottom of unlaminated jacket and spine, corners and folds very slightly rubbed, faint crease to spine, not price clipped (no published price), no inscriptions, internally clean tight and square, overall a vg+ copy for its age. 385pp. Ralph Maxwell Lewis leads the reader to contemplate such subjects as the Fourth Dimension, the Mysteries of Time and Space, the Illusions of Law and Order, and many others of similar importance. As you follow the author through the pages into broad universal concepts, the mind is supposed to will feel its release into an expanding consciousness. Ralph Maxwell Lewis (1904-87), was the Imperator of Rosicrucian organisation, the Ancient Mystical Order Rosae Crucis (AMORC), from 1939 to 1987. What chiefly comes across with this daft book, is how self important the author seems to have been.
