Conscious Love

Do you ever want to feel more grateful, or be less selfish? If you have tried gratitude exercises and journaling but still feel a bit empty, left wondering if there is something more, there is.

Most gratitude exercises and journals are designed to express reasons for your gratitude. This is a journal designed to express and act on your gratitude, to grow the love you hold within.

At some point in our gratitude journey, we can feel ready to venture beyond ourselves and do more for others. But it can be all too easy to fall into a rut, using most of our energy to protect our egos and hardiness. From disheartening social interactions to tragic news content and growing social divides, it can be tempting more than ever to turn inward and focus exclusively on managing our own vulnerabilities.

But with gratitude and healthy self-esteem intact, we can do more. Beyond applauding how we accomplished something on our own—that we proved we could do it—we can also celebrate the relationships that surround us: we can act with loving gratitude every day.

You can use this journal to not only feel more gratitude but act more gratefully, making personal relationships stronger and the world a more loving place.
