A very good 19th century prayer book. Full leather binding and brass clasp in working order. 12mo. 4.75" x 3.0" x 0.75". pp.472. Brown morocco binding. Front board with gilt titles: "Consecutive Common Prayer."; and gilt crest: "C. T." [Tyalor Family]; and motto: "Plus Ultr" ( A shortened form of "Ne Plus Ultra" ). each board with brass edging and central brass clasp. All page edges bright gilt. Original pale yellow endpapers. Neat dedication to front free-endpaper: "Caroline Taylor Sept. 1863, from her affectionate husband A.S.T." The text is re-arranged, and the rubrics and Occasional Offices are omitted; ".so as to avoid the inconvenience of turning repeatedly from one part of the Book to another.". Clean text throughout. A very good copy of a scarce printing.

Everything has been described as accurately as possible. All books have been collated and checked and any defects are defined. However should you be dissatisfied with any item you may return it within 10 days for a full refund.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit card; i.e.: Mastercard, VISA, Switch or Maestro. If you wish to pay by cheque, the payment needs to be in GBP(£)- UK Sterling. If payment is in any other currency an extra £12.00 needs to be added to the list price to cover our Bank's conversion charges.
POSTAGE
Postage and insurance will be at cost and will be added to the invoice.
INSPECTION
We understand that customers may wish to inspect items before purchasing. This may be done at our Bookroom at a mutually convenient time. However, may we also emphasise; that in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase (for any reason what so ever), you may return the book(s)immediately for a full refund of the list price. We only ask you to notify us of your intentions within two days of receipt.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
