About the Author

During her career, Susan has achieved Diplomas in Personnel Management & the Art of Systems Thinking; a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources with a specialism in organisational consultancy, and a Masters in Human Resources Strategy & Change. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). She is also a Common Purpose graduate and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
